Notas históricas

Kyle Stubbs (Email to Nauticapedia 11/08/2023) stated "the CALEDONIAN (254854), built at Wilmington, California in 1945. Given that the Official Number seems to originate from 1948, I had a suspicion there was more to her story to explain the 3-year discrepancy. Digging back through the MVUS, I was able to find her previous identity as the US Army's J-2285. As is typical with Army craft, I can't be certain about much, but my assumption is she's one of the 40' variety of J-Boat built by Fellows & Stewart."
