Kyle Stubbs (Email to Nauticapedia 29/11/2022) stated "While I was in that vicinity, one of the local trollers made its way into the harbor, passing near me. The HALCYON DAWN wears state ID CF2102UZ, which is a relatively recent number, but the vessel was said to have been built in 1987, and a listed HIN of AUL27394D787 confirming the year and logoed builder as Albin Marine, a defunct Swedish builder of fiberglass yachts. With the HIN, I was able to trace the vessel back to ON 917411, which was the yacht BOHACI II. Probably the first case I've identified of a Swedish-built boat slipping over the state register in order to avoid the Jones Act as a commercial fisher."
