Story

This tug was built in 1953.

Historical Notes

George Schneider stated "the ex-Navy pushboat BERNICE LIND was showing a different angle than before. This vessel was one of four reportedly built by National Steel 1977-1979, and obtained by the Navy in 1981, but there’s no space for them on the NASSCO hull number list, so I’m guessing they were conversions, maybe of LCM-8’s as well. "
