Historical Notes
George Schneider (Email to Nauticapedia 07/12/2021) stated "the JUST DREAMING (290571), a classic dear to the hearts of Bay Area yachtsmen. This vessel is one of a long line of wooden yachts built by the Stephens Bros. of Stockton CA, way up in the Sacramento Delta in the middle of the state. This one is a 61-footer, completed in 1963 as FRANELL, and also sailed as ASI ES. Stephens was in business from 1902 to 1987, and continued with wood as desired but also implemented aluminum construction starting about 1966.
They don't appear to have had an government contracts in WWI, but in WWII they did an amazing job, building everything from 50-foot Army launches to 136-foot Navy minesweepers."

In 1963 she was owned by William F. Wright, USA.
