George Schneider (Email to Nauticapedia 18/02/2023) stated "A regular visitor to San Diego is the DISNEY WONDER (IMO 9126819), the oldest and smallest of the Disney cruise ships. Her classic and whimsical architecture are always a joy to see. I haven't figured out yet how they get away with painting their lifeboats Donald Duck Yellow instead of International Orange. This photo shows her arriving in the morning. In the evening this vessel departed but lost propulsion in the channel. This vessel kept her position safely, got her plant re-started, and sailed, but instead of cruising to Catalina Island, this vesse anchored off San Diego, possibly at the insistence of the Coast Guard while the cause was investigated. By morning this vessel was back on schedule."
