This schooner, four-masted was built in 1914 by Coquitlam S.B. & Marine Railway Co. Ltd. in Port Coquitlam, BC.

In 1936 this vessel was noted by the Registrar of Shipping to have become a derelict.

In 1914-1916 she was owned by Coquitlam Shipbuilding and Marine Railway Co. Ltd., Port Coquitlam BC Canada.

In 1916 she was owned by Australian interests.

In 1916 she was sold on the order of the Marshall of the Supreme Court of Queensland Australia to Frank Forsyth, Brisbane QLD Australia.

In 1917-1924 she was owned by Coastwise Steamship & Barge Co. Ltd., Vancouver BC Canada.

In 1924-1927 she was owned by Gosse-Millerd Co., Vancouver BC Canada.

In 1936 she was owned by Gosse Packing Co. Ltd., Vancouver BC Canada.
