George Schneider (July 2026) Writes: She was one of the "Streamliner" style passenger boats built by various Great Lakes yards around the 1950's.
She had been preceded by a boat named WENDELA, but the company rendered its name with two "L's." A new WENDELLA (II) was built in 2007, but by 1997 this vessel was already doing business as "WENDELLA CLIPPER" without an official change of name.
She was issued her last documents in 2005, which expired in 2010.
