Notas históricas

Kyle Stubbs (Email to Nauticapedia 17/07/2024) stated "I'd been tracking the slow and steady approach of one of the resident oilfield boats, which finally made an appearance once the "main event" had passed. WYATT M (604609) is one of the many small supply boats built to this general design by Offshore Trawler of Bayou La Batre, Alabama. This is one of the 100' variety, delivered in 1979 to, like a good chunk of her sisters, Graham Offshore of Bayou La Batre as the TAMI G. From their fleet, she was sold to NRC for use as a spill response vessel, dubbed NRC FREEDOM. I had previously seen her working for her present owner, (So Cal) Ship Services, but under the name KENNETH CARL. The name change was news to me, but given the size of the letters, there's certainly no missing it."
