George Schneider stated "Pacific Tug Boat Company is that rapidly-growing vessel owner in the San Diego area, and I'd seen where they'd documented a crew-boat style vessel named BRAD CAVNER (1321765). While trying to get a vantage point to photograph the new electric tug E-WOLF (and photographing the urban art under freeway overpasses) we got out on a pier with a view of PacTug's jumble of vessels, and I got my first clear shot of BRAD CAVNER.
She proved to be the ex-Army Corps of Engineers survey vessel CONWAY, built by MonArk in 1970, and auctioned at Russellville, Arkansas, in 2019."
