George Schneider (Email to Nauticapedia 27/11/2023) states "This vessel is named OMI LOA (HA6654H) and appears to be a former hydrofoil, and possibly the inspiration for the widening of the TR and the mystery I described in June. I have quite a number of Jane's Surface Skimmers / High Speed craft annuals, and I don't see anything that looks like her deckhouse, which I feel is probably original."
