George Schneider (Email to Nauticapedia 15/10/2023) states "She's presently docked at Pacific Tug Boat's very busy pier for some engine work, and the pace of their work there is remarkable. Besides their busy tug, barge, and crewboat activities, they are converting a barracks barge for use by the Navy. Their dredging division built the dredge SANDPIPER (1273964) in 2016, and recently rebuilt its tender with a new deckhouse and engines. Now named SCULLARD, this vesselhas not been re-registered since being KATHLEEN (1179599) and was originally the Navy 50WB8708."
