This tug was built in 1954 by National Steel & Shipbuilding Co (NASSCO) in San Diego, CA.
Propriétaires et capitaines
In 1954-1979 she was owned by the United States Army.
In 1979 she was owned by Marine Power & Equipment Co., Seattle WA USA.
In 1992 she was owned by American Navigation Co., San Francisco CA USA.
In 2006 she was transferred to a sister company Constellation Maritime, and taken to the East Coast.
In 2010 she was owned by Krause Marine Towing, Norfolk VA USA.
Reconstructions
In 1979 rebuilt by Marine Power & Equipment Co., Seattle WA USA to 124gt.
Remotorisation
Repowered as a twin screw with two 16-cylinder 1860hp Detroit Diesel engines
