故事

This patrol vessel was built in 1927 by New York Shipbuilding Co., Camden NJ.

历史记录

George Schneider (Email to Nauticapedia 07/12/2021) stated "San Francisco Bay is home to the largest fleet of large Sea Scout boats I know of, presently including such prizes as three Coast Guard 95’s, a 100-foot TR, and a PTF. But the grand prize of all is a Coast Guard 125-footer from Prohibition, the MORRIS. This vessel was also there, mostly looking good, but you will see graffiti on her house in this photo, and her insides have also recently been ransacked. Until recently this vessel had the noble round stack they normally carried, but since I saw her 10 years ago somebody had the idea to “Modernize” her, unfortunately removing some of her charm.

During the 1970s this vessel was briefly renamed DAUNTLESS. The only number I know for her is CF1112YB." This vessel transited the Panama Canal in August 2021 and arrived in Galveston, Texas on September 8, 2021.
