This landing craft, (utility) was built in 1960 by Gunderson Brothers Engineering Corp. in Portland, OR.
Notas históricas
ASDV-2 provided mission support all types of special warfare training. The vessel operated with a regular navy crew and was augmented by SEALS during certain training evolutions.
In 2020 this vessel was reported as being "laid up" by the United States Coast Guard.
