Notas históricas

George Schneider (Email to Nauticapedia 01/04/2025) stated "If she sounds familiar, its because she's the boat John Steinbeck was on (with Ed Ricketts) to explore the Sea of Cortez. I don't have evidence she was drafted into the military in WWII. Several owners later she was renamed GEMINI in 1969 and remained fishing until 1993, when a speculator bought her. Later she had sunk and apparently had remained awash for a year or so when she was raised, and now, barely more than 10 years later, she's been "restored," preserving her historical value while modernized enough to meet current standards and ecological values."
