Historical Notes
George Schneider (Email to Nauticapedia 07/12/2021) stated "We do get merchant ships in San Diego as well, and this weekend I got the CL LINDY (IMO 9720988) bringing in what I believe are the masts for wind farm generators. I hope those bright orange ends on them aren't all disposable plastic caps, which is what they look like. LINDY is a bulk carrier, but evidently has found it more lucrative to carry deck cargo. This vessel was completed in China in 2017."
