Often, yachts also moor at the Broadway piers, where there's much more easily accessible by foot, and in my opinion, the access by truck for fuel and stores is also better. Our first two weekends we were accompanied downtown by Dennis Washington's megayacht ATTESSA IV. This week our companion was LONIAN (9800087), a 285-foot yacht, built by Feadship in 2018. She's owned by Lorenzo Fertitta, a rich businessman living in Las Vegas."
