Kyle Stubbs (Email to Nauticapedia 12/12/2021) states "I did make a quick stop in Reedsport to attempt a view of the Wahl yard from a new angle. The only notable "improved" image being a mostly-obscured view of a vessel I'd missed on the first stop, the crab boat RAVEN (939684), a 1988 product of Samish Maritime (hull 2) of "Edison, Washington." The only "port" anywhere near the little hamlet of Edison is a tidal slough that docks a half-dozen boats, where a stripped hull of a 75-ft wooden halibut schooner left there to die is the biggest thing I've spotted there by far. With that in mind, I imagine a 137 GT steel crabber must have had its hull built elsewhere, and maybe, just maybe, was outfitted somewhere in the vicinity of Edison."
