She was named for Henry Newton Rowell Jackman OC OOnt CD who was a Canadian billionaire businessman who served as the 25th Lieutenant Governor of Ontario from 1991 to 1997.
Reconstrucciones
In 2007 she was rebuilt with new forebody.
