George Schneider (Email to Nauticapedia 07/12/2021) stated "I could only see part of the NOAA vessel OSCAR DYSON, but her boat, 3001 (unofficially labeled PEGGY D) was in clear sight, so I photo'd and recorded her. The NOAA small boat numbers seem to start with the boat's length, but after that, there is ambiguity. "
