George Schneider (Email to Nauticapedia 07/12/2021) stated "One classic old enforcement boat whose soul I haven't captured is the City of San Rafael Police Department's boat MISSION CITY (CF2448XC). This vessel seems to be from another era, and I see where San Rafael received a boat from the Coast Guard in 1984, so I'm wondering if this vessel could be the one. This vessel looks like a SeaArk design, but those are aluminum, and her hull is so smooth I'm inclined to think she's fiberglass."
