This vessel was a hydrographic survey launch attached to the Pender Barge and the Ocean Sciences Centre at Patricia Bay BC Canada. Dr. Colin Levings states "This boat has been in Pender Harbour for about 5 years now - I noted in the past that this vessel was associated with the Canadian Hydrographic Service but with a bit of research on her new name "Ex Wind" confirmed it today- this vesselused to be the Wind as per your listing of builds from Argo Shipyard. The vessel is now run as a charter fishing boat . Unable to track down the name of the operator. Interesting shackle for towing on the stern."
