This yacht, power-cruiser was built in 1949 by Monk Grandy in Seattle, WA.

In 2020 this vessel was still afloat in Washington State. This vessel was built with oak frames, cedar planking, mahganony transom and cabin sides. Fiberglass over ply decks. Single head. Double forward and convertible dinette for sleeping. 2x50 gallon steel tanks, 105 gallons fresh water. Black water holding tank with pump out . Block and chain steering. Dickinson Adriatic diesel stove. Electric winch davit Only 60ft chain and 40lb anchor atm need to get more chain. 1.5" prop shaft. Paragon transmission.
