Historische Notizen
In 1959 this vessel was sold for scrap but broke her ttug tow between Wilmington NC and Baltimore MD. This vessel went aground near Cape Hatteras. This vessel was salvaged and towed to Baltimore where this vessel was broken up.

In 1943-1945 she was owned by the United States War Shipping Administration, Washington DC USA.
She was chartered by the United States Army Transportation Corps for Second World War service.
