This tug was built in 1981 by Allied Shipbuilders Ltd. in North Vancouver, BC.
Historische Notizen
This vessel was built as a supply vessel for servicing drill ships in the Beaufort Sea. Ice strengthened hull (to ABS Class-C). This vessel was fitted for towing, anchor-handling and fire fighting. Accommodation for 18 officers and crew include video, TV and stereo facilities in the cabins.
