This fishboat, live fish carrier was built in 2002 by Sletta Baatbyggeri in Mjosund.

"Intership BC Corp applied, through its representative, to the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness (Minister), for a licence to use the “M/V DOENNALAKS”, a wellboat registered in Norway, to transport live salmon and carry out treatment operations between the fish farms of Grieg Seafood BC Ltd., off the coast of British Columbia. The activity will start on August 23, 2019 and will end on April 30, 2020."

In 2019-2024 she was owned by Polarfjord, Kolvereid Norway.
