This tug, salvage was built in 1991 by Rivtow Straits Ltd. (West Coast Manly Shipyard) in Vancouver, BC.
In 1991 she was owned by Canadian interests.
In 2003-2024 she was owned by Western Canada Marine Response Corp., Burnaby BC Canada.
