故事

This fishboat, troller was built in 1935c.

历史记录

In 1989 this vessel was seen at Garden Bay BC Canada. This vessel was a double ender design. James Roberts (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 27/12/2017) states that "This vessel had a 'canoe stern'. Lister diesel engine under the wheelhouse, keel stepped mast (and fittings for bowsprit and trolling poles) and foam glassed fishhold forward of the wheelouse, red cedar hull and deck have been very well preserved. This vessel was tied up in Gibsons under a different name for some time from what I gather. No license or numbers, nothing carved into her beams that I can find either. She's got bronze 13k numbers on the bow that go nowhere. I call her Layla Joy (although I'm not sure of the spelling of Layla could be Lyla) because you can kinda see that name painted on the front of the wheelhouse under a few coats of white "
