Notes historiques
I did manage to grab improved photos of an interesting sailing yacht that was still anchored on the river. AUDACIOUS 1 (Canada 839539) is a wooden vessel built on or near the Columbia at Portland in 1996. Her Canadian registry seems to date to 2015, and her present owner is from, oddly enough, Rainier, Oregon. I assume this vessel was registered in the US before 2015, but I so far can't pinpoint an ID, and have no knowledge if this vessel was documented or under state license."
