In 1949-1963 she was owned by Ludwig Ochs, Winter Harbour BC Canada. (On May 19, 1963 Ludwig Ochs died and National Tust Co. Ltd. Was appointed as executor.) In 1963-1984 she was owned by Joseph E. Beales and Janet Beales, Victoria BC Canada.
In 2008 she was owned by Canadian interests.
