This tug, boom was built in 1989 by Rivtow Straits Ltd. (West Coast Manly Shipyard) in Vancouver, BC.
In 1989 she was owned by Canadian interests.
In 2012-2013 she was owned by Abitibi-Consolidated Company of Canada Ltd., Vancouver BC Canada.
In 2017-2025 she was owned by Conifex Mackenzie Forest Products Inc., Mackenzie BC Canada.
