Transport Canada lists the builder as Lewchuk Properties Ltd., Ardrossan AB Canada. Tad Roberts (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 08/06/2025) stated "Actually built by Tim Christensen (Christensen Yachts) in Sidney BC, Bruce Roberts marketed the design which was drawn by someone else."
