This yacht, power-cruiser was built in 1983 by Gilbert Marine S.A. in Marand.
Notes historiques
This vessel was a GibSea 42. In July 2024 this vessel was lost in the North Atlantic on a voyage from Halifax NS Canada to the Azores. The vessel disappeared and some weeks later a liferaft carrying the two bodies of Brett Cliburt and Sarah Packwood washed up on the beach at Sable Island NS Canada.

In 2012-2013 she was owned by James Brett Clibbery, Nanaimo BC Canada.

Remotorisation
They installed a Nissan Leaf automobile battery pack and electric saildrive to drive the boat’s engine, along with six solar panels.
