On November 23, 1937 this vessel was destroyed by fire at Collingwood.

In 1916-1918 she was chartered by the Royal Canadian Navy during the First World War.
In 1917-1919 she was owned by Frank K. Warren, Halifax NS Canada.
In 1937 she was owned by Canadian interests.
