Geschichte

This fishboat, gillnetter was built in 1928 by Remmem, Kristopher in New Westminster, BC.

Historische Notizen

Bonnie Hartup (daughter of Martinus Andrew Hansen) states (Email to Nauticapedia 11/05/2019) that "My father owned the Elroy, later renamed by him, the Bonater, from the late 1940s until his death in 1967. My mother owned it until this vessel sold it in 1968. It was named the Bonater after my name, Bonnie and my sister’s name Terry when he converted it from a gill netter to a trawler in the early 1960s. At this time he converted to a diesel engine and rebuilt the cabin."
