歴史的注記
In 1911-1924 this vessel was a ferry operating between Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket MA USA.
In 1941 this vessel was purchased by Northumberland Ferries, but was requisitioned by the Royal Canadian Navy as a minelayer. After the war this vessel was renamed Charles A. Dunning, and served from 1946 until 1964 in the waters between Wood Islands, Prince Edward Island and Caribou, Nova Scotia.

She was acquired by the Royal Canadian Navy for service 1940-1945. In the Second World War she was taken over by the Royal Canadian Navy for war purposes.
