This barge, rail car was built in 1942 by Star Shipyards (Mercers) Ltd. in New Westminster, BC.
This vessel could carry 14 rail cars on the Vancouver - Ladysmith run.
In 1942-1957 she was owned by the Canadian Pacific Railway, Montreal PQ.
In 1957-1979 she was owned by the Straits Towing Ltd., Vancouver BC Canada.
