This barge, diving was built in 1979 by Rogers & Sinclair Industrial Marine Inc. in Port Coquitlam, BC.
In 1989 she was owned by Powell River Divers Ltd. (construction divers) as a diving platform.
In 2004 she was owned by Lund Water Taxi Ltd., Lund BC Canada.
In 2012-2025 she was owned by Pacific Industrial & Marine Ltd., Duncan BC Canada.
