Notes historiques
Dave Freeman (2000) indicates a different vessel but Bryon Taylor says this is a different vessel from the one he identifies. Bryon Taylor states that "The DOT File on Vessels Disposed of by Crown Assets Volume 2 shows that The RCASC Sapper was purchased by John M. Lynch McNab’s Island, Halifax, NS in 1947. There is no indication that Sapper was registered or licenced."
