故事

This ferry, passenger was built in 1925 by Grafton Boat Co..

历史记录

George Schneider (October 2026) writes: This is a fascinating vessel. Originally a sternwheel ferry, she became a barge, was declared abandoned in 1950, was out of documentation for 15 years, and during that time was converted into a twin screw towboat, still operating at over 100 years of age. Her conversion to a towboat appears to have been done by A. S. Johnson (probably A. C. Johnson, her owner-of-record at the time) in 1957. The Inland River Record reports that she suffered a fire somewhere in the 1960 timeframe and was again rebuilt.

She returned to documentation in 1965.
