This tug was built in 1994 by Derecktor Shipyard in Middletown , RI.

George Schneider (July 2026) writes: The Derecktor shipyard went bankrupt in 1992 and the vessel was completed by Trinity Marine at its Moss Point and Gulfport MS shipyards.
She was sold at Tacoma WA and since has been idle at Coos Bay OR awaiting a plan for her future use.
