This yacht, sail (schooner-rigged) was built in 1937 by Smith & Rhuland, Lunenburg NS.
In 1938 she was owned by Henry W. Adams (MO) et al., Lunenburg NS Canada. On June 10, 1976 this vessel was sold by the United States Marshall, to USA interests.
