This cargo ship was built in 1919 by Babare Bros. Shipbuilding in Tacoma, WA.
George Schneider writes: She was Emergency Fleet Corp. Hull EFC 2685. Begun as a cargo ship, but EFC reported her "abandoned on the stocks". Tim Colton in his Shipbuilding History site states that she was completed as a barge.
He renders the name as Inukfa.
