This tug, supply was built in 1986 by Ferguson-Ailsa Ltd. in Port Glasgow, Scotland.
Notes historiques
She was ordered from Ferguson Ailsa Ltd by John Townsend Ltd, Canada but not delivered; completed in 1988 but not delivered until 1989, by Ferguson Shipbuilders Ltd. Originally designed as a fire fighting offshore supply vessel. This vessel was broken up in 2020 by Star Cotton Corporation (Pvt) Ltd commenced work at Gadani Beach India.

In 2003 she was owned by Seahorse Ltd, Cork Ireland.
In 2016 she was owned by Karpowership Americas Co Ltd, Majuro MHI (managed by Karmarine Karadeniz Denizcilik ve Ticaret AS, Istanbul Turkiye).
Reconstructions
In 1989 she was converted to an ocean research ship. In 1994 she was converted to offshore supply vessel: 1296gt 388nt 967dwt, 65.36 x 13.09 x 5.36m
