This schooner, trading (northern) was built in 1935c by George W. Kneass Co., San Francisco CA.
Historische Notizen
In 1990 this vessel was still on the beach at Sachs Harbour NWT. This vessel had the last functioning Atlas 2 cylinder make-and-break marine slow turning gasoline engine left. There is a video made by the CBC-TV of Ted Pedersen and Angus Elias operating the engine in 1977 when they went into the vessel on the beach and started it up on the film.
