It was established by principal R. Colquhoun.
In 1901 it was sold to George I. Wilson. It was sold to British Columbia Packers Association in 1902. Alliance Cannery operated on Fraser River. It was sold to British Columbia Packer's Association of New Jersey Spring 1903. It was closed in 1903 when it was made part of the Terra Nova Cannery.
