Biography
He emigrated to Canada/BC in 1912 along with his parents and 7 siblings. His father and several brothers (including my grandfather) were also seamen, boat owners, fishermen and a cannery owner/managers. Jack’s son, grandson and great-grandson continued to be involved in west coast fishing/boating business.
He was the owner-Master of the Shannon M. in 1949-1954.
