Biography
For seven years he worked in the banking industry.
He was a Seasonal Naturalist for British Columbia Provincial Parks at Wasa Provincial Park in 1971.
He was the Chief Naturalist at the George C. Reifel Waterfowl Refuge in Delta BC in 1971 for the British Columbia Waterfowl Society.
He was a Habitat Biologist with the Canadian Wildlife Service at Qualicum Beach BC in 1975.
He is one of the co-authors of the massive four volume set of The Birds of British Columbia.
