He was the Resident Engineer Highway Construction and Paving Contracts 1966-1975.
He was appointed as the Division Engineer 1975-1986.
He was the Director of the Motor Vehicle Inspection Division 1986-92.
He was the Director Regulatory Development 1992.
He retired again in 1994.

He was Awarded Wings.
He served in HMCS Shearwater for Helicopter Training 1964.
He served in HMCS Bonaventure for HS-50 Squadron 1965.
He was appointed as a Lieutenant RCN (With seniority dated 31/05/1966).
He served in HMCS Shearwater for Photographic Section HU-21 Squadron 1966.
He served in HMCS Shearwater for HS-50 Squadron as Operational Pilot 1965. (He was released.)
