Biographie
In the Spring of 1949 as a Senior Cadet, he received an NRC Bursary to pursue an MSc at USask. His Thesis in 1955 acknowledged the financial support of both the NRC and the RCN.
By 1959 he was on staff at UWO in London, ON as a Chemical Engineering professor, retiring as such in 1986.
Service militaire
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1948.
In 1948 he served in HMCS Unicorn for UNTD. (Transferred to RCN) He was appointed as an A/Ordnance Sub-Lieutenant RCN.
He was appointed as an Ordnance Sub-Lieutenant RCN.
He was appointed as an Ordnance Lieutenant RCN (With seniority dated 01/06/1952).
In 1952 he served in HMCS Donnacona.
He attended an Ordnance Officers Qualifying Course in late 1953.
He served in HMCS Naden 1953.
He was appointed as an Ordnance Lieutenant-Commander RCN.
He was appointed as an Ordnance Commander RCN. (He was released.)
